Clearly outline how they bring lasting benefits to the
ocal community, addressing specific needs and challenges.
Enhance brand awareness
Highlight products and services to relevant target
audiences
Provide opportunities for corporate hospitality or
other marketing exploitation
Enhance FNB's reputation
Motivate staff
How we evaluate sponsorship:
Whether the activity complements our brand values
The appropriateness of the target audience/s
The availability of sole sponsorship rights, or
exclusivity within the financial services sector;
The availability of naming rights
The potential for benefits packages to include branding
or signage, publicity, displays, advertising and access to
Opportunities available to strengthen customer
relations and build business relationships
Opportunities to add value or benefits to customer and
staff (e.g. through complimentary or discounted tickets)
The availability of research material or evaluation of
the effectiveness of the sponsorship
The risk of controversy and / or the possibility of
negative publicity
We attract a huge amount of sponsorship requests. In
order to meet our sponsorship objectives, it is our policy not to
sponsor the following categories:
Sponsorship of an individual/person
Political or religious associations
Properties that constitute gambling
Elements that could be considered discriminatory in any
way

FNB Zambia Foundation activities should:
Clearly outline how they bring lasting benefits to the
local community, addressing specific needs and challenges.
Align with FNBZ Foundation's specific focus areas -
particularly within education, water and sanitation, climate,
and clean energy, in support of the 17 United Nations (UN)
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
How we evaluate activities:
The public reputation of the recipients of donations
(the organisation should have a positive public image).
The support should be sustainable and make a meaningful
impact over the long term.
The donation activities should clearly tie into FNBZ
Foundation's focus areas.
